The Explorer tier (ages 4–10) and Foundation tier (ages 11–13) are permanently free. No credit card is ever required. No refund is possible because no charge is ever made.
These tiers will never be converted to paid tiers. This is an architectural commitment enforced in our billing system and application layer simultaneously.
For paid athlete and coach tiers, PRYZE™ offers a 30-day full refund from the date of first payment. No questions asked.
Email info@25alpha.ai with the subject line “Refund Request” within 30 days of your first payment. Include the email address associated with your account. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Subscriptions canceled after 30 days are not eligible for a refund of prior charges. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period, then terminate. No partial-month refunds are issued.
HBCU institution discounts are permanent and non-promotional. They do not expire, are not subject to coupon codes, and cannot be revoked by routine subscription changes. The discount applies automatically to all eligible HBCU institutions and is enforced simultaneously in our billing system and application layer.
If your HBCU discount is not being applied correctly, contact info@25alpha.ai.
Founding partner institutions receive permanently free access per their signed partner agreements. Refund requests are not applicable to permanently comped accounts.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@25alpha.ai before initiating a credit card chargeback. We resolve all billing issues promptly and prefer to work directly with users rather than through payment disputes.
