The story behind the platform
Carlton A. James served in the United States Navy before spending years as an educator watching student-athletes lose their recruiting windows — not because they lacked talent, but because they lacked intelligence. The right information, at the right time, to the right people.
In 2024, Carlton founded 25 Alpha LLC and began building PRYZE™ — an AI-native platform that treats every student-athlete as a whole human being. Not just a highlight reel. Not just a GPA. A person with character, academics, ambition, and a family standing behind them.
