What does COPPA protection mean for my athlete?
COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) requires verified parental consent before any data is collected from children under 13. On PRYZE, Explorer and Foundation athletes under 13 have full parent-controlled accounts. No data is collected without your consent.
Can coaches contact my athlete directly?
Coaches on PRYZE send inquiries through a filtered channel — not directly to your phone or email. SHIELD screens every message for NCAA compliance before it reaches the athlete.
Where does my academic data come from?
Only from documents you upload. PRYZE never pulls academic records from schools, districts, or third-party databases. What you give us is all we use.
