What are coach enrollment codes?

Coach enrollment codes are unique alphanumeric codes generated for each coach account. Coaches share their code with athletes they want to recruit or monitor. When an athlete enters a coach's enrollment code during registration (or in their dashboard later), the coach immediately receives access to that athlete's full profile and is notified of any updates. Enrollment codes replace the cold-search model used by other platforms — athletes come to coaches with intent, and coaches build a roster of opted-in athletes rather than searching a passive database.
